As someone who is not a fan of peppermint or other extremely minty teas, the spearmint in Sleepytime was perfectly blended with the other flavors to create a rich and soothing experience. The taste of chamomile is much more pronounced than the aroma suggested and the underlying hint of spearmint leaves a fresh tingling in your mouth, as if you'd just brushed your teeth.

After adding a teaspoon of clover honey and a teaspoon of Perfectea Rock Sugar to the cup, I took a sip and let the liquid rest and absorb in my mouth to experience the full flavor of the blend before swallowing the sweet mixture. The steaming, freshly brewed tea was a light yellow-brown color and left a minty vanilla aroma floating around in the kitchen.
During and after the brewing, the aroma changed and the scent of vanilla became much more pronounced and the robust smell of the spearmint subsided and blended more thoroughly with the chamomile and lemongrass.
